The problem
Every contract and invoice was built by hand from a template, field by field.
Context
Creating a contract or invoice meant opening a template, filling in details and exporting it, many times a week.
What I built
- A Telegram bot: send the client details and the job in a chat message, and get a finished contract or invoice back as a document.
- Templates kept consistent automatically, with numbering and records maintained.
